Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in managing multiple IT projects
- Proficient in project management standards including PTC
- Strong skills in planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects
- Ability to effectively collaborate with business owners and analysts
- Excellent communication skills for relationship building with stakeholders
- Experience in conducting lessons learned sessions for project improvement
- Familiarity with the PTC PMO Playbook and relevant documentation
- Flexibility to perform additional tasks as assigned
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate activities of both internal and external team members on diverse IT projects
- Develop and sustain project plans and documentation according to established methodologies
- Work closely with business owners and analysts to clearly define and refine project scopes
- Oversee project management tasks throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Lead sessions to analyze past projects and provide recommendations for enhancements
- Foster productive working relationships with technology personnel, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients
- Ensure adherence to relevant project management directives and guidelines
- Execute any supplementary tasks related to this position as directed by the Commission
