Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in POS systems testing (both hardware and software)
- Proficient in functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
- Hands-on familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools
- Demonstrated capability to lead QA teams, including coordination with offshore teams
- Exceptional skills in communication, stakeholder management, and risk management
- In-depth knowledge of defect lifecycle management and release processes
Responsibilities
- Define and implement quality assurance strategies for POS hardware and software solutions
- Develop comprehensive test plans encompassing functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases
- Manage risk assessments and devise mitigation strategies to guarantee timely and high-quality releases
- Lead and mentor QA Analysts and Senior QA Analysts
- Promote collaboration between onshore and offshore teams
- Provide expertise on testing frameworks, automation, and established best practices
- Supervise test design, execution, and defect lifecycle management
- Ensure transparent and consistent reporting of test outcomes and quality metrics
- Collaborate closely with Development, Operations, and Product teams to address issues
- Serve as the primary advocate for quality throughout the organization
- Articulate risks, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Align QA activities with business objectives and customer expectations
