Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of Outside Plant (OSP) engineering or construction
- Experience in project management related to civil, environmental, or utility construction
- Ability to clearly communicate expectations and drive successful outcomes
- Organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Visio
- Coursework in project management, Outside Plant Engineering, or a PMPO certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with input from assigned OSP engineers
- Facilitate team meetings, ensuring to provide minutes and action items when necessary
- Establish effective communication channels with internal stakeholders across various departments such as Sales, OSP Engineering, Network Program Management, and Operations
- Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status updates
- Manage project changes and create updated schedules as required
- Monitor budget performance
- Gather and report ongoing progress through performance metrics
- Ensure smooth collaboration and communication within the project team and across cross-functional teams
- Interface regularly with internal and external stakeholders
