Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge in supporting Oracle Retail Merchandising solutions.
- Practical skills in:
- SQL and PL/SQL
- Databricks
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Demonstrated experience in monitoring and supporting batch processes and system integrations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with cross-functional enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Level 2 application support for Oracle Retail modules, including:
- Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS)
- Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM)
- Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA)
- Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM)
- Store Inventory Management (SIM)
- Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS)
- Supervise batch jobs, integrations, and data flows; promptly identify and rectify failures.
- Diagnose and resolve both functional and technical issues across merchandising and retail systems.
- Collaborate with business users to assess defects, confirm requirements, and offer system guidance.
- Work alongside development, infrastructure, and vendor teams to conduct root-cause analyses and implement ongoing fixes.
- Execute configuration changes, functional testing, and roll out enhancements, adhering to change-management protocols.
- Provide adaptable support coverage, including shift-based and off-hours assistance as necessary.
