Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in ERP administration
- At least 3 years managing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
- Involvement in a minimum of one Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation
- Functional familiarity with Oracle Fusion
- Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Preferred experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and/or EPM
- Background in business process workflows
- Proficiency in developing functional/technical design specifications
- Experience in data conversions and management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to mentor and train internal staff
- Knowledge of SDLC, IT change control processes, deployment methodologies, and application lifecycle management
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and Office365
- Experience in the public sector
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, test, and support Oracle Fusion applications
- Oversee Oracle security setup, including user roles, data access, and security protocols
- Create and sustain integrations between Oracle Fusion and other systems
- Design, construct, and uphold data models and reports utilizing BI Publisher and OTBI
- Configure and enhance workflow processes to optimize business operations
- Monitor system performance and address issues promptly
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the Oracle Fusion suite
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and Oracle as required
- Effectively communicate maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages
- Document system setups, processes, and procedures
- Carry out additional duties as assigned
Description
We are seeking an onsite Oracle Fusion ERP Administrator to support our Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environment in Detroit, MI. This role focuses on security configuration, integrations, custom report development, and workflow configuration. We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $65.00 to $74.00, and the contract is expected to last for 6 months with the possibility of extension. You will ensure system performance, availability, and security while collaborating closely with various stakeholders and third-party vendors.
