Requirements
Must:
- Prior experience in desktop support or technical support roles.

Responsibilities
- Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Deliver high-level service to executives, ensuring minimal disruptions and optimal efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems swiftly and with professionalism.
- Maintain a polished, professional presence while being approachable and friendly.
- Work collaboratively with IT teams to escalate and resolve intricate issues.
- Document support tasks and keep accurate records of activities.
Description
We are looking for a dedicated and personable Desktop Support Technician to join our team in New York City. This is a 3-month contract-to-hire position that requires onsite presence from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while supporting our executive-level staff and VIPs.
