Requirements
Must:
- Expertise in observability tools such as Tableau, Grafana, Prometheus, and Thanos
- Proficiency in designing, implementing, and scaling observability for ML/LLM applications
- Strong analytical and visualization skills
- Experience in developing telemetry for machine learning models including latency and error rates
- Familiarity with SQL and Timeseries data
- Knowledge of PromQL and Linux
- Proven track record in crafting self-service dashboards
- Ability to collaborate with ML engineers and platform teams effectively
- Experience in building and evaluating observability tooling
Responsibilities
- Design and scale production-grade observability for ML/LLM applications focusing on performance, data quality, and user experience
- Evaluate and integrate observability tools, including metrics, logs, and model telemetry
- Partner with machine learning engineers and platform teams to establish reliable AI systems
- Develop telemetry for AI endpoints, encompassing latency, token counts, throughput, and SLOs
- Create intuitive self-service dashboards for data visibility and analysis
