Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience with NICE CXone architecture and Cisco UCCE/UCCX systems.
- In-depth knowledge of SIP, VoIP, telephony, and cloud infrastructures like AWS and Azure.
- Familiarity with APIs and middleware technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the transition from Cisco UCCE/UCCX to NICE CXone cloud solutions.
- Establish the comprehensive design of the enterprise contact center, ensuring it meets scalability, security, and compliance standards.
- Create complete architectures for NICE CXone, covering routing, channels, and workforce management systems.
- Align Cisco functionalities with NICE CXone modules to maintain feature equivalence.
- Formulate a detailed migration strategy that includes phased implementations and risk management plans.
- Identify integration patterns for CRM, WFM, reporting, telephony, and middleware systems.
- Offer architectural insight to developers, engineers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Evaluate and authorize solution designs, scripts, and system integrations.
Description
We are looking for a NICE CXone Architect to spearhead the design and execution of large-scale contact center solutions for our client based in Detroit, MI. This remote role requires an individual who can seamlessly transition from Cisco UCCE/UCCX to NICE CXone while ensuring the architecture is robust and secure. Joining our team offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects with comprehensive support and competitive compensation ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 annually.
