Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on experience with the Nexthink platform (Collector packaging, agent rollout, platform setup).
- Proven experience integrating Nexthink with AD, SSO, ITSM tools (Jira/ServiceNow), monitoring tools, bots, etc.
- Expertise in creating Nexthink dashboards, alerts, campaigns, remote actions, flows, and application experience modules.
- Strong command of NQL.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and present Nexthink data with actionable insights.
- Good understanding of Windows environments and EUC operations.
- Solid PowerShell scripting skills (L2 level or above), including automation involving AD and OS components.
- Experience with Intune, Azure Cloud, application monitoring, and desktop support.
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI (basic to intermediate preferred).
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and uphold the Nexthink platform within enterprise settings.
- Oversee Nexthink Collector packaging and agent deployments.
- Establish integrations with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, SSO, Jira/ServiceNow, chatbots, and monitoring tools.
- Develop and tailor dashboards, alerts, campaigns, flows, application experience modules, and remote actions to meet client requirements.
- Analyze Nexthink data to generate insights and provide regular updates to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Conduct baseline assessments of end-user devices and application KPIs, define threshold metrics, and assist in SLA documentation.
- Generate scheduled reports (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly).
- Collaborate closely with IT, EUC, and support teams to drive improvement initiatives.
- Periodically present Nexthink findings and value propositions to clients.
- Create scripts in PowerShell to automate tasks and integrate with AD or Windows components.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for Nexthink processes and configurations.
- Facilitate enablement, training, and support to foster adoption among Service Desk and EUC teams.
- Detect opportunities for process optimization to enhance the Digital Employee Experience (DEX).
- Stay updated on platform enhancements, best practices, and industry trends.
- Provide technical support for end-user computing, Intune, Active Directory, and application monitoring environments.
- Work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
