Requirements
Must:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA)
- Familiarity with at least one (preferably more) of the following tools:
- CrowdStrike
- Proofpoint
- Wiz
- Rapid7
- Databricks
- Background in cybersecurity engineering, SecOps, or cloud security
- Experience in supporting or developing Vulnerability Assessment/Management programs
- Ability to operate independently in a hybrid or remote setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment, configuration, optimization, and integration of Zscaler technologies
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
- Provide both operational and strategic support across various tools, including:
- CrowdStrike (EDR)
- Proofpoint (email security)
- Wiz (CSPM)
- Rapid7 (vulnerability analytics)
- Databricks (security-related use cases)
- Assist with a range of tactical cybersecurity initiatives
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Vulnerability Assessment Program
- Collaborate with IT, cloud, and security teams to design and implement security controls
- Analyze security events, alerts, and telemetry to detect and address threats
- Provide cyber advisory guidance regarding best practices, risk mitigation, and program development
