Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Over 15 years of experience in network architecture and technical leadership
- Strong project management skills along with customer engagement experience
- Industry certifications such as CCIE or JNCIE preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Data Center, Manufacturing IT/OT, and corporate network architectures
- Proficiency in Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco LAN/Wireless
- Experience with Juniper Mist Wireless and Cisco DNAC
- Familiarity with Palo Alto Firewalls and F5 Load Balancers (desirable)
- Knowledge of DDI solutions (Infoblox preferred) and Audiocodes
- Competence in networking tools like LogicMonitor, NetBrain, ThousandEyes, and LiveAction
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven leadership skills in mentoring teams and driving continuous improvement
- Automation mindset with the ability to design and implement network build automation
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer technical architects to design and validate intricate network solutions
- Serve as the onsite technical representative, cultivating trust and showcasing engineering capabilities
- Ensure that solutions adhere to organizational standards and industry best practices
- Develop sustainable support models for manufacturing environments, covering solutioning, request handling, incident resolution, and enhancing turnaround times
- Identify repetitive tasks and advocate for automation to boost efficiency and delivery outcomes
- Promote the use of internal automation platforms to facilitate future network build automation
- Actively engage in Technical Review Boards
- Represent the organization during major incidents across manufacturing, R&D, and data center settings; function as the technical spokesperson
- Act as the main technical liaison for customers, offering project visibility and technical insights
- Quickly address technical issues to uphold customer trust
- Drive delivery teams to fulfill expectations concerning quality, timelines, and execution
- Mentor team members and encourage ongoing learning and skill advancement
- Create proactive roadmaps, innovative concepts, and strategies to enhance customer relationships
