Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- At least 8 years of professional experience
- Proven track record in software development and application management
- Strong expertise in application design, development, testing, and management
- Experience with programmatic integration of third-party components
- Proficient in modifying existing code and creating new custom features
- Capable of recommending and implementing process enhancements and automation
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Power Platform and SharePoint
- Background in large-scale data processing, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics
- Comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance
- Experience collaborating under the guidance of lead architects
- Knowledge of conducting technical project milestone reviews and code architecture sessions
- Understanding of resource estimation and development best practices
- Ability to mentor team members and share knowledge
- Current active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
- Must be eligible to pass a background check, with potential for additional checks as necessary during employment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and oversee application development projects to support IT infrastructure
- Programmatically integrate third-party components and implement new custom functionalities
- Modify existing code to improve performance and enhance features
- Suggest process improvements and automate operations and maintenance activities
- Initiate and implement technical strategies to design, construct, and deploy applications in collaboration with lead architects
- Engage in large-scale data processing, computationally intensive statistical modeling, and advanced analytics tasks
- Contribute to every phase of the software development life cycle, encompassing planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, and quality assurance
- Conduct technical reviews of project milestones, code architecture sessions, and knowledge transfer on development best practices.
