Requirements

Must:
- Over 3 years of experience in software development, particularly in MuleSoft - Proficient with Mule 4 and the Anypoint Platform - Skilled in creating and utilizing RESTful APIs, web services, and system integrations - Strong comprehension of API-led connectivity, reusable integration methods, and service-oriented architecture - Familiar with DataWeave, API policies, connectors, and error handling frameworks - Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ERP platforms (SAP, NetSuite, Workday Financials), databases, or other SaaS applications - Solid understanding of application integration concepts, message transformation, orchestration, and asynchronous processing - Familiar with Git/version control, CI/CD pipelines, and contemporary software delivery practices - Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail - Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to varied audiences - Proven track record of mentoring team members and promoting MuleSoft best practices - Located in the Denver-metro area and willing to work on-site three days a week is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain integrations and APIs via the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform - Construct scalable, secure, and reusable integration solutions for enterprise applications, data sources, and both cloud and on-premises systems - Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, project managers, and developers to transform requirements into technical solutions - Implement API-led connectivity principles while supporting the entire API lifecycle, from design through governance and support - Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and operational runbooks - Diagnose integration issues and facilitate root cause analysis, performance enhancement, and defect resolution - Ensure compliance of solutions with enterprise standards for security, reliability, performance, and maintainability - Engage in code reviews and assist in establishing development standards and integration patterns - Mentor and support team members by sharing MuleSoft best practices, evaluating designs, and enhancing team capabilities - Serve as an effective communicator and collaborator across teams, helping to bridge technical and business discussions efficiently.
