Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience with MicroStrategy development
- Strong background in BI analysis and enterprise reporting
- Proficiency in SQL with optimization capabilities
- Familiarity with Oracle and Teradata databases
- Thorough understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and dimensional modeling principles
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector
- Demonstrated ability to function within large-scale enterprise frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance dashboards, reports, visualizations, cubes, and schema objects using MicroStrategy 10.x / 11.x / Cloud
- Optimize MicroStrategy components to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience
- Address enterprise reporting requirements across various business units
- Utilize a strong grasp of data warehousing, ETL concepts, and dimensional modeling
- Work with large, complex datasets for both analytical and operational reporting
- Conduct advanced SQL development and performance tuning on Oracle and Teradata platforms
- Ensure that BI solutions comply with data governance, security, regulatory, and compliance standards
- Validate data quality and assist with auditing processes
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, data engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into BI solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, refinement, and documentation
Description
We are looking for a seasoned Senior MicroStrategy Developer / BI Analyst to join our team, located in either Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX. This full-time position requires onsite attendance three days per week. Our ideal candidate brings over a decade of experience in enterprise reporting and data warehousing, specifically in financial services, with strong MicroStrategy expertise. We offer competitive salaries ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, along with a collaborative team environment and the opportunity to make significant contributions to our BI initiatives.
