Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with COBOL, Mainframe applications, and IBM JCL/TSO/TPX.
- At least 3 years of experience in Information Technology or Business Analysis.
- A minimum of 3 years of expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and SQL.
- Over 1 year of experience in the credit card issuing sector.
- At least 1 year of background in testing, validation, and financial reconciliation of outputs/reports.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough technical data mapping analysis with accuracy and a keen investigative approach.
- Work in collaboration with business analysts and technical teams to create customized technical solutions.
- Develop and adhere to detailed data conversion mapping specifications.
- Ensure high-quality conversion outputs through meticulous inspections.
- Engage in system and output testing to guarantee data integrity and client satisfaction.
- Participate in client mock events and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Follow internal protocols and best practices while proactively managing risks and reporting on progress.
