Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or software engineering
- Typically requires over 5 years of experience
- Proven track record as a Server Administrator
- Primary expertise in Workforce One; secondary skills include JAMF
- Proficient in server configuration and scripting
- Knowledgeable in Workspace One, Tanium, Jamf, and server access/security profile configurations
- Extensive experience with MacOS Servers and understanding of server virtualization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong emphasis on troubleshooting and issue resolution
Responsibilities
- Oversee Mac Server administration tasks and ensure servers remain compliant and up-to-date
- Actively manage MacOS Servers and orchestrate their patching schedules within a Data Center Environment
- Demonstrate expertise in Workforce One or JAMF
- Maintain a solid understanding of Server Administration principles
- Familiarity with MacOS Server Scripting and automated software patch installations and security updates
- Collaborate with the Mac Support Team to align on Server Management plans in the Data Center
- Ensure servers are up-to-date with security software and operating systems
- In-depth knowledge of DHCP, Server IP Configuration, and the ability to troubleshoot network identification/IP conflicts
- Understand managed OS and software packaging and installation processes
Description
We are seeking a skilled MAC Server Administrator to join our team either in Charlotte or San Francisco. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $120,000 annually.
