Requirements
Must:
- Current ASNT Certification Level 3 in Radiography, Ultrasound, or Eddy Current is mandatory
- Preferred Current Boeing Certification Level 3 in one or more of the following methods: Radiography, Ultrasound, or Eddy Current
- Level 3 NDT certification in Aircraft Structure
- Proficiency in Computer Aided Design Tools
- Knowledge of Design Concepts & Techniques
- Familiarity with Non-Destructive Evaluation Processes
- Understanding of Quality Technical Documentation
- Effective Process Management Skills
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough analysis and evaluation of materials, processes, and equipment to ensure adherence to safety and specifications
- Analyze failed components and procedures to minimize future failures
- Create test plans, identify failure categories, ascertain root causes, and document findings and recommendations
- Propose, develop, and validate modifications to procedures and specifications
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions to complex challenges
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to address intricate or significant issues
- Offer guidance, consultation, and expert technical advice to both internal and external clients
- Mentor and support colleagues in their professional development
