Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter within enterprise settings.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Informatica Cloud / IDMC.
- Demonstrated expertise in Snowflake development, particularly in performance enhancement.
- Advanced skills in SQL and PL/SQL development.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux scripting.
- In-depth knowledge of data warehousing principles, dimensional modeling, and Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD) implementations.
- Capacity to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and create source-to-target mappings while independently building, testing, and deploying Informatica workflows.
- Develop and sustain data integration solutions leveraging Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud (IDMC), and Snowflake.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gain understanding of project scope, clarify specifications, and proactively communicate any risks, delays, or dependencies to the relevant leaders.
- Write and enhance advanced SQL and PL/SQL, focusing on complex transformations and performance optimization.
- Create and maintain Unix shell scripts to facilitate data processing, automation, and monitoring.
- Implement and manage dimensional data models, including Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD) logic.
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance with best practices in data warehousing and integration.
- Support scheduling and operational workflows using Control-M.
