Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in network performance engineering, specifically LTE
- Strong analytical skills for data evaluation and optimization
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and network performance issues
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team coordination
- Familiarity with service measurement data collection techniques
- Experience in reporting and documenting technical issues
- Knowledge of coverage improvement strategies and performance enhancement
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze hourly and daily performance data to enhance the LTE network
- Represent our team in collaborative projects for new node integration and other responsibilities
- Independently troubleshoot hardware and performance issues or coordinate with other teams as needed
- Assess and improve areas of poor network coverage by identifying performance-related issues
- Communicate identified problems to the relevant engineering teams
- Address customer service concerns and assist in devising effective solutions
- Gather drive test data to aid in performance assessments and prioritize build programs
Description
We are currently seeking a Network LTE Performance Engineer to join our team in Albuquerque, NM, with a hybrid work arrangement. This position is a long-term contract opportunity.
