Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Development, with at least 2 years in leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven expertise in handling Business Systems such as ERP, CRM, and Billing.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in Microsoft Dynamics; Salesforce experience will also be considered.
- Familiarity with Zuora and e-commerce/CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate technical strategies to C-suite executives.
- Bachelors degree (BA/BS) is required.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the key driver for the improvement and upkeep of internal enterprise solutions, covering billing systems, subscription management, and support tools.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and the technical team, gathering insights and requirements directly from colleagues in various business units.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including data flow diagrams, API specifications, database designs, and UI requirements, particularly for Angular-based environments, for use by engineering and QA teams.
- Establish the strategic direction for internal tools, prioritizing projects based on business value and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the execution of complex projects, including an important upcoming integration of ERP and e-commerce systems for our international branches.

We are on the lookout for a highly analytical and collaborative Internal Systems Product Manager to spearhead the optimization of our core business infrastructure. This role is entirely centered on back-office and operational technology, focusing on internal business systems rather than consumer-facing product management. Offering a hybrid work model three days a week in the Memphis, TN metro area, we provide a comprehensive relocation package for non-local talent, including a $3,500 stipend and professional moving services.
