Requirements
Must:
- Formal education or certification in software engineering principles with over 5 years of hands-on experience
- Practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and ensuring operational continuity
- Expertise in one or more programming languages
- Skilled in automation and continuous delivery methods
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
- In-depth understanding of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
- Proven ability in software applications and technical processes
- Advanced application development capabilities across various technologies and design techniques
- Familiarity with development tools for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and enhancing software
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies, with experience in at least one common framework
- Solid understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, and security measures
- Proficient in general-purpose programming languages
- Hands-on experience in various software engineering disciplines, encompassing business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of software
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative software solutions while adhering to best practices in design and technical troubleshooting
- Create secure, high-quality production code and conduct reviews and debugging for team members code
- Identify and automate solutions to recurring problems, enhancing the operational stability of software applications and systems
- Facilitate evaluation sessions with vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural designs and their compatibility with existing systems
- Foster communities of practice in Software Engineering, promoting awareness and usage of cutting-edge technologies
- Contribute to a team culture that values diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
