- Define and validate requirements for new and updated hardware and software systems. - Design, develop, and test applications. - Conduct trade studies and analyses to identify optimal solutions for users. - Create and implement new or revised processes for new computing systems, including documentation and training materials. - Assist in developing system integration strategies and architectures that utilize common tools and processes. - Facilitate the integration of new technologies and transition from legacy systems to meet business needs. - Manage team structures and naming conventions within Azure DevOps. - Oversee the area path structure, controlling read/write privileges and serving as core ontology for WBS. - Manage common iteration path structure and establish standards for dashboard widgets and standardized queries. - Teach team members how to use Azure DevOps effectively, addressing customization requests that arise from misunderstanding OOTB functionality. - Ensure smooth operation of Azure DevOps projects through ongoing maintenance. - Monitor project performance and implement updates and optimizations as needed. - Identify opportunities for AI integration to enhance existing tool functionality. - Provide training and support on Azure DevOps best practices and AI applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Azure DevOps environment.
