Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Security Engineering, or a blend of industry work, consulting, training, military service, or academic experience.
- Proficiency with RadiantOne FID Virtual Directory Technology (mandatory).
- In-depth understanding of LDAP concepts, directory architectures, schemas, and querying methodologies.
- Experience with SQL, including views, joins, and lookups, along with ETL principles.
- Familiarity working in Agile project delivery settings.
- Effectively articulate technical requirements to internal stakeholders and translate them into engineering assignments.
- Competent in troubleshooting issues across directory services, data exchange processes, and integration points.
Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and improve virtual directory solutions utilizing RadiantOne FID.
- Develop caching and proxy setups to integrate data across disjointed identity systems.
- Collaborate with internal clients to gather specifications, evaluate use cases, and design scalable IAM solutions.
- Manage daily operational tasks, which include responding to incidents via ServiceNow, handling email inquiries, chat messages, and troubleshooting sessions.
- Monitor system alerts and take necessary corrective actions as required.
- Provide support for directory technologies such as RadiantLogic VDS and Oracle Unified Directory (OUD).
- Engage in data center migration projects.
- Maintain, revise, and authenticate technical documentation.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new clients.
- Conduct ad hoc tasks to support IAM engineering as necessary.
Description
We are a dynamic team located in Charlotte, NC, seeking to expand our capabilities with the addition of an Information Security Engineer specializing in virtual directory technologies, specifically RadiantOne FID. This contingent role offers a competitive hourly rate between $53.00 and $57.00. Our Agile team is dedicated to developing scalable data-virtualization solutions that ensure secure and integrated access to identity data.
