Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience with RadiantOne FID or similar virtual directory technologies.
- Strong understanding of Virtual Directory Services, LDAP, directory structures, and identity data flows.
- Proficiency with PowerShell for automation and operational tasks.
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) concepts.
- Experience working with SQL databases, including views, joins, and lookups.
- Understanding of ETL concepts and data transformation fundamentals.
- Experience in Agile environments.
- Excellent customer engagement, requirement-gathering, and communication skills.
- Experience with additional virtual directory or IAM products (e.g., PING, PING Federate).
- Basic understanding of authorization models (PBAC/RBAC/ABAC).
- Familiarity with SIEM tools and aggregation of identity data into centralized views.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to comprehend requirements, clarify use cases, and provide customized virtual directory solutions.
- Implement, configure, and enhance virtual directory services utilizing RadiantOne FID and related platforms.
- Support and maintain systems including RadiantLogic VDS and Oracle Unified Directory.
- Contribute to data center migration projects and assist in onboarding new customers and integrations.
- Address support inquiries through email, ServiceNow incidents, phone calls, and instant messages.
- Troubleshoot issues using logs, meetings, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor alerts, conduct impact assessments, and take prompt corrective measures.
- Review, update, and validate existing documentation; create new materials as required.
- Execute ad hoc tasks aligned with operational and project needs.

We are seeking a skilled Information Security Engineer for a contract position lasting up to 24 months, available in a hybrid working arrangement in either Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC, or Chandler, AZ.
