Requirements
Must:
- High proficiency in C# and .NET for developing scalable backend services.
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for creating modern, responsive web applications.
- Hands-on exposure to front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, Knockout, Bootstrap, or similar technologies.
- Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining large-scale infrastructure and web services.
- Solid engineering principles with experience in distributed systems and extensive data environments.
- Established full-stack development background across various layers of the technology stack.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and containerized environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of responsive design, contemporary UI patterns, and web performance optimization best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse engineering team, promoting a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Oversee daily team operations, including sprint execution, workload management, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with product, design, QA, and DevOps to define requirements, strategize roadmaps, and deliver features from start to finish.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and user-friendly front-end applications.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC processes, coding standards, and agile best practices.
- Promote continuous enhancement in engineering practices, tools, and team workflows.
- Provide technical guidance, solve complex issues across the technology stack, and steer the team toward effective solutions.
- Partner with resource managers to guarantee adequate staffing across QA, BA, and DevOps roles.
