Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Expert-level cybersecurity/IAM certification such as CIAM, CIDPRO, CISSP, CCSP, CASP, CISM, etc.
- A minimum of ten years of experience in IT/Cybersecurity
- At least seven years of dedicated experience in Identity & Access Management
- A minimum of three years in a leadership or people management role (e.g., team lead, manager)
Responsibilities
- Lead the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program focusing on design, delivery, and operation of identity governance and access control
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for IAM platforms and services, including lifecycle management and access controls
- Design, implement, and enhance IAM solutions for joiner, mover, and leaver processes
- Oversee integrations between IAM platforms, directories, HR systems, and enterprise applications
- Actively engage in solution design, configuration, and troubleshooting of IAM platforms
- Define and enforce standards for IAM architecture and operational best practices
- Ensure timely resolution of IAM-related incidents and service requests
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements
- Support access reviews and ensure completeness of IAM evidence for audits
- Monitor IAM operational health and drive closure of identified risks
- Communicate technical risks and operational status to leadership and stakeholders
- Mentor and develop a team of IAM engineers and analysts, providing guidance and coaching
- Manage team priorities and workload to ensure successful delivery of IAM initiatives
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM processes and operational procedures
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the IAM team
