Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; PMP and/or CSM certification is advantageous.
- Over 10 years of progressive expertise in technology portfolio and project management, focusing on substantial application development projects in large-scale settings.
- Strong command of Agile methodology.
- Proven history of delivering projects within budget and deadlines, while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Expertise in:
- Meeting Management - preparing, conducting, and following up effectively.
- Planning - identifying dependencies, alternatives, and contingency strategies.
- Organizational Agility - swiftly adapting to changes in fast-paced environments.
- Critical Thinking - solving issues, mitigating risks, and addressing escalations.
- Collaboration - facilitating group discussions for execution and problem-solving.
- Problem Solving - analyzing impacts and implementing effective solutions.
- Risk Management - utilizing tools and techniques to protect organizational assets.
- Budgeting - planning and managing project budgets.

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with project methodologies, delivery processes, and implementation standards.
- Manage and propel:
- Project Scheduling
- Risk & Issue Management
- Scope Change Management
- Supervise project budgets, including validating estimates, monitoring variances, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Provide regular updates on programs (e.g., weekly key meetings, Clarity reporting).
- Communicate clearly and concisely across stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Align project practices with agile methodology implementation.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage expectations among clients and teams.
- Report KPIs related to pipeline execution, financials, and performance metrics.
- Support backlog and capacity management for efficient project intake into development.
- Maintain project and capacity forecasts, including allocations and variances.
- Lead discussions on prioritization and maintain initiative, epic, and time-tracking stories in Azure DevOps.
Description

In this contract-to-hire position, you will act as a vital link between our Technology and Product leadership, fostering seamless communication and collaboration. We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $60.00 to $64.00, along with the opportunity to work on a range of initiatives, from simple to highly complex projects.
