Requirements

Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar field - High School Diploma or equivalent is required - Must obtain CompTIA A+ certification within 6 months and MCP certification within 12 months of employment - Preferred training or certifications in A+, Network+, MCDST, MCP, or HDI - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficient in effective verbal and written communication - Capability to perform basic mathematical calculations - Excellent interpersonal skills for customer support
