Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years of engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated experience through consulting, military service, professional work, or education.
- Extensive hands-on engineering experience with Active Directory (over 6 years).
- Deep technical expertise with Entra ID / Azure Active Directory (over 6 years).
- Strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM) frameworks (4-6 years).
- Advanced proficiency in scripting (PowerShell or similar) with over 6 years of practical experience.
- Ability to architect, design, and implement complex technical solutions end-to-end.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of advanced identity and access management (IAM) solutions across Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Provide expert consultation for highly complex business and technical challenges across Engineering.
- Develop long-term, scalable solutions requiring creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking.
- Partner with senior leaders to shape identity strategy and recommend forward-looking engineering solutions.
- Engage directly with engineering teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance identity-related systems.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives requiring profound technical evaluation across multiple engineering domains.
