Requirements

Must:
- High school diploma is a must - Minimum of 2 years of experience in enterprise-level technical support, preferably including phone support - Extensive technical knowledge and troubleshooting expertise with: - Microsoft Windows (7, 10, 11) - Zoom - Networking (LAN/WAN, enterprise domain environments) - Windows desktop/server OS - Active Directory - Microsoft Outlook - Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Basic understanding of Citrix, VMware, VDI, and other virtualization technologies - iOS and Android application troubleshooting - Exceptional communication skills with a strong command of the English language - Proven dedication to customer service and ownership mindset - Ability to work well in a team, be collaborative, self-motivated, and eager to learn - Willingness to support occasional 24/7 shift rotations for business continuity or critical events - For language-specific roles, shift hours will align with the region of coverage

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional, white-glove technical support to internal users - Address client issues promptly through phone, email, or ticketing system - Ensure world-class service throughout the resolution lifecycle - Work in collaboration with engineering teams and product owners for escalations - Assume complete ownership of cases from start to finish, ensuring proactive updates - Maintain ticket hygiene: thorough categorization, detailed notes, and effective backlog management - Keep documentation up-to-date by revising knowledge base articles - Identify opportunities to enhance processes and suggest more effective workflows - Cultivate subject-matter expertise in supported technologies including: - Messaging systems (Exchange, etc.) - Zoom - SharePoint - macOS - Unix - Voice systems - Mobile technologies - Other enterprise tools and platforms
