Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5-6 years of practical experience with Oracle HFM.
- Proficiency in rule development, HFR reporting studio, and SmartView.
- Strong understanding of FDMEE, DRM, batch scripting, and SQL.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
- MBA or Masters degree in a related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of Intercompany Elimination and SAP Code Blocks (preferred).
- Experience with deployment and configuration of connector server clients for SSO and MFA across various AD domains (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions within Oracle HFM.
- Create rules and reports to meet business requirements.
- Utilize HFR reporting studio and SmartView for analytics.
- Conduct batch scripting and manage FDMEE and DRM processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning.
- Communicate project updates and technical information to stakeholders.
Description
We are seeking an HFM Developer to join our team in The Colony, TX, with a hybrid work setup requiring three days onsite. This is a contract position expected to last for 6+ months, offering a competitive hourly wage between $60.00 and $65.00.
