Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in AI engineering with a strong focus on Generative AI and cloud architecture
- High-level proficiency in Python, .NET, and C#
- Extensive experience with large language models (OpenAI, Gemini, Llama2, GPT-4) and multi-modal models
- In-depth knowledge of Generative AI tools
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, Terraform, and API development
- Comprehensive understanding of CI/CD practices, automated testing, and observability
- Knowledge of ethical AI practices (bias detection, hallucination analysis, benchmarking)
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, mentoring skills, and experience in enterprise-scale project delivery

- Spearhead strategy, architecture, and execution of scalable Generative AI solutions

- Create data pipelines and agentic AI frameworks utilizing Azure and open-source technologies
- Establish test automation strategies and observability metrics using tools like App Insights and Dynatrace
- Collaborate with Solution Architects on security, APIs, architecture, and automation processes
- Act as a subject matter expert and facilitate internal training sessions
- Champion innovation, set strategic goals, and shape the enterprises AI trajectory
