Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Java, Groovy, JavaScript, Python, and Shell scripting (e.g., Bash)
- Experience with ForgeRock Identity platform components including ForgeRock AM, IM, DS, and IG
- Knowledge of authentication protocols such as SSO, OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, MFA, and RBAC/ABAC
- Understanding of identity lifecycle management including provisioning, de-provisioning, and recertification
- Background in Identity and Access Management or Security Engineering with a focus on deploying IAM solutions on AWS
- Experience resolving production issues related to ForgeRock products
- Familiarity with modern authentication standards and security practices, including OAuth 2.0/OIDC and SAML 2.0
- Expertise in containerized and cloud-native deployments (EKS/EC2) as well as infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Skills in observability and SRE practices such as creating CloudWatch dashboards and integrating SIEM solutions
- Strong scripting and automation capabilities with Python or Bash and a mindset geared towards configuration as code
- Ability to communicate effectively and possess strong problem-solving skills
- Positive work attitude and managerial competencies, if applicable

- Design, configure, and implement ForgeRock platform components
- Develop and replicate ForgeRock Journey
- Implement identity lifecycle management processes
- Deploy and operate IAM solutions on AWS with a focus on security
- Troubleshoot and support production issues related to ForgeRock products
- Employ modern authentication standards and integrate into systems
- Work with containerized and cloud-native environments
- Manage infrastructure as code practices and delivery tooling
- Implement observability practices and metrics to enhance system performance
- Automate tasks and establish a configuration-as-code culture
