Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in CLM / Fenergo platform configuration
- Proficient in configuring Fenergo (Fen-X) using the Fen-X Designer or similar low-code platforms
- Extensive understanding of KYC, AML, and onboarding regulations
- Experience with JSON, XML, APIs, and various integration patterns
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities
- Configure the Fenergo Fen-X platform to facilitate onboarding, KYC, AML, and client lifecycle processes
- Establish policies and journeys to enhance the onboarding experience
- Customize rules, workflows, data models, and user interfaces utilizing Fen-X configuration tools
- Collaborate with business and compliance teams to understand and implement regulatory demands
- Develop and manage entity types, attributes, document checklists, risk rules, and case management processes
- Integrate Fenergo with other systems, including CRM, Core Banking, and Sanctions Screening solutions
- Perform unit testing and assist in SIT/UAT phases
- Engage in Agile delivery teams, attending daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and demonstrations
- Maintain configuration documentation and version control using tools like Git and JIRA
