Requirements
Must:
- 10-16 years of overall IT experience
- 5-7+ years in security architecture and IAM/IGA/PAM
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Proficient in enterprise security architecture and Zero Trust principles
- Skilled in integrating IAM, SOC, and platform security into a unified model
- Deep understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, and privileged access
- Familiar with non-human identities like service accounts and AI agents
- Experienced in defining IGA and PAM frameworks for non-human entities
- Knowledgeable about AI security challenges and governance models
- Ability to develop identity-first security models for AI agents
- Understanding of AI for enhancing security operations
- Awareness of security implications of Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Experience in collaborating with compliance and security leadership in regulated environments
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive IAM and security architecture spanning various platforms and workflows
- Create identity and access strategies for both human and non-human users
- Architect IAM solutions for AI agents and their ecosystems
- Define security guidelines for AI systems including identity controls and auditability
- Guide the integration of AI into security operations for improved threat detection
- Establish governance protocols for non-human identities and access controls
- Set enterprise standards for IAM, IGA, PAM, and more within multi-cloud settings
- Ensure alignment of IAM and security architectures with Zero Trust and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive identity management across operations
- Provide architectural insights and design reviews for security initiatives without direct project ownership
- Produce well-structured architecture documentation for executive-level review
