Requirements
Must:
- 10-15 years of overall IT experience
- 5-7+ years in corporate systems/ERP architecture
- Strong background in integration and controls
- Experience in architecting HR, Finance, and ERP platforms (Workday/Anaplan/Oracle/SAP or similar)
- Understanding of end-to-end process flows (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)
- Proven ability to define integration strategies and facilitate data exchange across corporate platforms
- Knowledgeable in enterprise integration patterns (APIs, middleware, event-driven integration)
- Familiarity with controls, audit, and compliance requirements for corporate systems
- Ability to address security and segregation-of-duties considerations in architecture
- Experience in developing multi-year technology roadmaps and strategies for technical debt remediation
- Strong focus on non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, reliability, security)
- Capable of collaborating with HR/Finance business stakeholders and articulating architecture decisions clearly
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed system blueprints for corporate platforms (Finance, HR, enterprise business applications), including components, data flows, and integrations
- Create long-term technology roadmaps; assess technologies for quality/security; ensure alignment with enterprise architecture strategies
- Collaborate with HR/Finance business owners to gather requirements and translate business processes into architectural decisions
- Evaluate and document technical debt; establish prioritization frameworks and remediation roadmaps while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
- Define and uphold expectations for non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, reliability, security) and monitor compliance throughout the system lifecycle
- Establish end-to-end ERP/corporate architecture across domains, considering integration and data exchange; oversee rollout and migration planning
- Ensure architecture includes critical ERP layers (data model, application layers, integrations, infrastructure, security/compliance)
- Identify cross-functional dependencies and effectively manage integration impacts across the organization
- Produce architecture artifacts (solution maps, target state, integration landscapes) and assist in governance reviews
