Requirements
Must:
- 12-18 years of overall IT experience
- 5-7+ years in enterprise architecture or cross-domain architecture roles
- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture across applications, data, integration, and platform domains
- Practical experience in current-state assessments and defining future-state architecture
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and design governance models
- Capability to develop target-state roadmaps aligned with business strategies, cost, and risk
- Experience in application rationalization and modernization projects
- Understanding of cloud, hybrid, and on-premise enterprise environments
- Ability to assess emerging technologies and their fit at the enterprise level
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and platform interoperability
- Awareness of enterprise security, IAM considerations, and compliance needs
- Competence in embedding security-by-design and governance principles into architecture proposals
- Excellent engagement skills with business, technology, and architecture stakeholders
- Proven experience in producing executive-ready architectural documents and recommendations
- Comfortable working in onsite/onshore advisory roles with senior client stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Create and uphold the enterprise architecture roadmap in alignment with business strategy; ensure architectural choices support both immediate goals and long-term corporate direction
- Conduct assessments of the current state of enterprise architecture across applications, integration, platforms, and standards to identify redundancies, gaps, and modernization opportunities
- Define future-state enterprise architecture options, including target-state views, transition states, and architectural trade-offs
- Establish and promote architecture principles, standards, and reference patterns; ensure adherence through governance forums such as design reviews or ARB-style reviews
- Supervise the assessment and integration of new technologies, including cloud, data, AI, and security, ensuring they align with enterprise architecture direction
- Ensure that architectural recommendations meet security, governance, compliance, and risk management expectations
- Review and contribute to statements of work, assessment documentation, and executive presentations to guarantee architectural precision and clarity
- Serve as a trusted architecture advisor, facilitating workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and decision-making forums
- Work alongside delivery teams to translate architectural objectives into delivery guidance without assuming delivery ownership
