Requirements
Must:
- Associate degree in a relevant field and over 6 years of practical experience, or a comparable mix of education and experience.
- Expertise in:
- Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
- Configuration and data management
- Electrical systems design
- Engineering processes and documentation
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
- Solid grasp of design principles, methodologies, and system integration.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the creation, upkeep, and issuance of electrical and mechanical schematics, system designs, and engineering documentation while adhering to industry and regulatory standards.
- Analyze and manage design specifications across various customer projects.
- Employ CAD tools to document and oversee configuration design control.
- Develop and adjust intricate system designs, including layout creation and integration of system components.
- Assess engineering system design and functionality to guarantee performance and compliance.
- Supervise product installation and the design process for parts, from simple to highly intricate components.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders to synchronize project objectives and deliverables.
- Evaluate and allocate tasks to team members, offering guidance with minimal oversight.
