Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree or at least two years of coursework toward a Bachelors degree
- Minimum of one year experience in desktop or IT support
- Proficient understanding of desktop hardware, software, and basic network technologies
- Experience in imaging, configuring, and deploying desktop hardware
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and various versions of Microsoft Office, web browsers, and standard business applications
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while delivering outstanding customer service
- Prior experience in a corporate setting
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and deploy desktop PCs, laptops, and printers for users
- Manage and resolve general application and technical issues via a ticketing system
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues for desktops and laptops
- Support Microsoft Office and other business applications by documenting and tracking incidents in our call-tracking database
- Maintain accurate records of software inventory and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as needed
- Prioritize assigned tasks with direction and communicate recurring issues to team members
- Provide consistent and high-quality customer service in a corporate environment
Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Desktop Support Technician to join our team in King of Prussia, PA. This is a 6+ month position offering an hourly pay rate of $21. Our team values foundational IT expertise, practical troubleshooting skills, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
