Requirements
Must:
- Strong technical troubleshooting abilities with hands-on experience in hardware repair and configuration.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, imaging tools, and asset management systems.
- Attention to detail and capability to maintain precise documentation.
- Experience in supporting large-scale deployments and refresh initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Image, configure, and deploy enterprise laptops, desktops, and mobile devices in accordance with approved standards and tools.
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and component replacements including RAM, SSD, battery, and motherboard.
- Process new equipment intake, asset tagging, and update inventory records.
- Manage asset tracking systems and keep accurate lifecycle documentation.
- Support device refresh programs, upgrades, and large-scale deployments.
- Securely wipe and decommission retired hardware following corporate security policies.
- Prepare and ship equipment to remote users, and receive and process returned assets.
- Maintain depot inventory, including spare parts and accessories.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant IT teams.
- Assist with project-based rollouts and enterprise-wide hardware initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with IT security and data protection policies.
Description
We are seeking a talented Enterprise IT Desktop Support Technician based in Englewood, CO. This contract position will last for over 3 months and offers a competitive hourly wage between $25.00 to $30.00 USD. In this role, you will manage the lifecycle of IT assets including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. You will be part of a dynamic team that supports day-to-day operations and large-scale IT projects, contributing to the efficient functioning of our organization.
