Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hardware and LRU development, testing, and qualification
- Understanding of subsystem design, requirement allocation, and technical supplier management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities across systems, hardware, and software architecture
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment for hardware development, troubleshooting, and data capture
Responsibilities
- Support the full product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, systems design, lab design/specification, integration testing, flight testing, technical sub-contractor management, field support, and client interactions
- Develop and document moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements
- Design hardware, software, and interface specifications while testing and validating to ensure system designs meet both operational and functional requirements
- Assist in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with specifications
- Address issues related to fielded hardware and software throughout the entire lifecycle
- Research potential applications of specific technological advancements to meet company business needs
