Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry (Electrical Engineering preferred)
- Over 3 years of experience in engineering
- Experience with communication systems, FAA, or military
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and integrations
- Knowledge of RF systems (radio, communications, military GPS, military chat, link 16)
- Experience in networking
Responsibilities
- Assist in the engineering design, development, analysis, testing, and certification of mission avionics systems for seamless software integration
- Support the design, development, validation, and verification of system-level requirements
- Aid in developing test plans and procedures for certification activities
- Coordinate system-level integration for mission avionics hardware and software
- Execute critical tests to validate design performance against system requirements
- Manage technical aspects of suppliers and software teams to ensure design compliance throughout the product lifecycle
- Gather information for proposal development and conduct trade studies for future upgrades
- Oversee FAA, military certification, and airworthiness activities for avionics systems and components
- Work with specialty engineering Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) on safety, electromagnetic emissions, and cybersecurity
- Provide troubleshooting support during technical issues in production labs and aircraft
- Conduct investigations into technical issues and perform Root Cause and Corrective Actions (RCCAs)

We are seeking a Design and Analysis Engineer 3 to join our team in Everett, WA. This role offers a competitive hourly salary of $65 to $70.
