Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science or related fields.
- Proficiency in Python, with experience in PySpark for scaling models.
- Strong understanding of SQL for database management.
- Expertise in statistical modeling, predictive and prescriptive modeling, and advanced mathematics.
- Experience in AI/ML model testing and deployment.
- Familiarity with wireless/wireline/telecom sectors, particularly data from 4G/5G networks.
- Self-driven with proven ability to lead projects and provide innovative solutions.
- Basic knowledge of RAGS (Robust Adaptive Generation Systems) and related agent building techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills for problem-solving and system requirement definition.
Responsibilities
- Support the deployment of diverse AI/ML models into production environments.
- Diagnose and resolve various issues within the end-to-end model pipeline.
- Validate and test AI models, managing them throughout their complete lifecycle.
- Industrialize the model pipeline, ensuring rigorous testing and validation.
- Contribute to the development of requirements for new enhancements in models and solutions.
- Generate innovative ideas and solutions beneficial to the overall project.
- Analyze problems, converting insights into actionable system requirements.
- Develop scalable and high-performance machine learning and data mining algorithms.
Description
We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist IV to join our team in Irving, TX. Our product team manages IoT and SDWAN offerings and is expanding, with six data scientists already on board and plans to add two more. We operate in a hybrid work model, requiring two days onsite, with all team members located in Texas. You will engage in data studies, explore new data sources, and execute statistical modeling and experimental design. The role is initially for six months but may extend if performance is satisfactory until the end of 2025. We look forward to your application!
