Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and architectures
- Comprehensive knowledge of ETL/ELT, streaming, and event-driven patterns
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and optimizing big data queries
- Experience in developing data models, pipelines, APIs, and integration strategies across various data sources and platforms
- Capability to ensure data architectures support analytics, AI/ML, and business intelligence applications
- Proponent of best practices in coding, design, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with data governance tools like Collibra, Alation, and Informatica
- Experienced in multiple deployment environments including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid
- Understanding of Google Cloud is a plus
Responsibilities
- Address architectural requirements provided by architects
- Craft and implement data models, pipelines, APIs, and integrations following architectural guidance
- Ensure data platforms and pipelines meet the needs of analytics, AI/ML, and business intelligence
- Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and business divisions
- Exhibit strong communication and client management abilities
- Support and advance client business strategies through data solutions
- Adhere to and promote established best practices in coding, design, and performance optimization
