Requirements
Must:
- Proven expertise in querying relational databases

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT environments
Responsibilities
- Generate reports from Healthcare, Case Management, and EHR applications to assist clinical operations and claims functionality
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and technical teams
- Utilize an Advanced Report Writer within our new Case Management, Clinical, and Claims system
- Suggest best practices to enhance reporting efficiency
- Handle multiple assignments with tight deadlines
- Apply strong technical and analytical skills using relational databases, SharePoint, and BI tools
- Analyze complex data requirements to develop analytical solutions that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency
- Develop reports according to written specifications using the Advanced Reporting Specification framework
- Document field names, column names, data locations, and security requirements
- Maintain clear, organized documentation of reporting code
- Conduct extensive unit testing to ensure report functionality
- Work closely with business users to clarify and refine reporting needs
- Implement data security models accurately (e.g., user-level, supervisor-level)
Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Reporting Analyst to join our team in Quincy, MA, with a hybrid work model. This position offers an hourly salary of $55.00 - $60.00 and is expected to last for over 12 months, potentially with an extension. In our department, we focus on providing essential services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, enabling their meaningful participation in the community. As a Data Reporting Analyst, you will collaborate within a dynamic team, create insightful reports, and contribute to the enhancement of our case management and clinical operations.
