Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or a minimum of four years of equivalent work experience
- At least six years of pertinent experience in data engineering, system integration, and the implementation of VOC programs
- Proficient in SQL for extracting, manipulating, and analyzing extensive datasets
- Hands-on experience with system integrations, data engineering, and data migration, along with a solid grasp of data architecture across different systems
- Background in marketing, computer science, business transformation, data science, or customer experience is advantageous
- Experience in developing and automating data analytics and conducting ad-hoc analyses
- Strong analytical capabilities with a solid track record of meeting and exceeding business goals
- High sense of accountability and ownership
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with business partners while managing multiple projects concurrently and delivering timelines
Responsibilities
- Design, construct, and implement data flows, data validation processes, and system integrations in collaboration with GTS, AI&D, vendors, business teams, and development teams
- Lead agile project management activities, including crafting user stories in Jira, facilitating grooming sessions, and ensuring effective sprint execution
- Leverage expertise with VOC vendors like Qualtrics and Medallia to develop, assess, and enhance VOC programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy technology solutions that boost customer insights and overall experience
- Ensure the smooth integration of VOC systems within our enterprise data architecture to support data-driven decisions and actionable insights
- Oversee data ingestion processes, guaranteeing seamless integration across various systems
- Direct system integrations, APIs, and real-time payload creation to enhance VOC programs
