Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in combat systems integration and testing
- Demonstrated leadership in complex shipboard CMS integration projects
- Direct engagement in EA and NCT events for Navy platforms
- Strong understanding of CMS architecture, AAW fire control, and missile launcher interfaces
- Proficiency with testing tools
- Experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE)
- Skills in requirements traceability
- Prior experience with LM CMS platforms (AEGIS, C21, SQQ-89) preferred
- Familiarity with LM systems engineering tools, processes, and procedures preferred
- Experience working on DoD / FMS programs preferred
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance (active Secret or higher preferred)
Responsibilities
- Act as the Integration & Test (INT) Lead for CMS integration and testing with AAW and Launcher subsystems
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans
- Coordinate dry-run and formal test events, including Navy Cert Testing
- Serve as the INT liaison between Lockheed Martin, OEMs, and US Navy stakeholders
