Requirements
Must:
- Proven expertise in Cloud Data Architecture and engaging with various client stakeholders on architecture propositions
- Extensive experience in Solution Architecture within Data & Analytics
- Prior experience in building large-scale enterprise data architectures using both commercial and open-source Data Analytics technologies
- Strong cloud architecture proficiency in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform with at least 2-3 years of experience in cloud projects
- Demonstrated solution implementation experience including platform engineering and developer experience
- Solid skills in data modeling and architecture, with a strong foundation in data warehousing, normalization, dimensional modeling, and various data models like data vault
- Experience with various data platforms like Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalogue), Snowflake, Cortex AI, FiveTran, dbt, and Data Virtualization tools
- Background in Big Data, data warehousing, data analytics projects, or Information Management initiatives
- Ability to lead transformation efforts and build multi-year strategy roadmaps for clients
- Resourceful and diligent, capable of performing well under pressure
- Experience in shaping multi-million dollar deals through effective presales support
- Skills in developing perspectives, solution strategies, and pitches for new opportunities
- Expertise in defining Data and Technology Architecture across on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments with suitable recommendations for clients
- Strong background in Data Governance, Master Data Management, and Data Modeling
- Participation in internal and client architecture reviews
- Oversight of data management, warehousing, integration, movement, and delivery for assigned data projects
- Analytical skills to assess current states and critical issues in clients data and analytics journeys
- Ability to research and recommend training, equipment, and technologies to enhance data utilization
- Capability to build relationships with senior client leadership (CXOs/D&A Heads) and assist in developing coherent Data and Analytics strategies that align with their business objectives
Responsibilities
- Engage effectively with various client stakeholders to present and discuss architecture propositions
- Develop solutions within Data & Analytics through strong architecture experience
- Construct and maintain large-scale enterprise data architectures using both commercial and open-source technologies
- Apply cloud architecture skills in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform across substantial projects
- Implement solutions focusing on platform engineering and developer-centric experiences
- Model and architect data with a solid foundation in data warehousing principles and methodologies
- Utilize diverse data platforms including Databricks, Snowflake, and various analytics tools
- Lead significant data transformation initiatives and create strategic roadmaps for clients
- Support presales activities by shaping high-value deals for the company
- Craft viewpoints, solution approaches, and pitches for business opportunities
- Define and recommend Data and Technology Architecture suited for on-premise, hybrid, and cloud setups
- Ensure superior Data Governance, Master Data Management, and data modeling practices
- Drive architecture reviews with internal teams and clients
- Supervise data management, warehousing, integration, and delivery across project initiatives
- Assess current data and technology landscapes for identified client challenges
- Provide recommendations for training and tools to enhance effective data usage
- Collaborate with senior client executives to formulate clear Data and Analytics strategies aligned with business goals
