Requirements
Must:
- Strong background as a functional Business Analyst with a focus on SAP documentation.
- Proficient in data interpretation, mapping, master data structures, and transformation rules.
- Familiarity with SAP interfaces including IDoc, BODS, and BAPI, as well as SAP conversions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong facilitation abilities.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and a sense of ownership over deliverables.
- Advanced data analysis and validation capabilities, particularly with Excel, Power Query, or similar tools.
- Experience with BTP Integration Suite is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users to collect and confirm requirements for interfaces, data structures, and master data.
- Assess current data, processes, and file structures; establish mapping rules and transformation logic.
- Produce documentation for business requirements, functional specifications, interface logic flows, and testing materials.
- Coordinate efforts with SAP IT, source system IT teams, FinSys leads, and business stakeholders.
- Assist in ensuring alignment with the SAP global template for master data and data structures.
- Lead stakeholder meetings, walkthroughs, and facilitate collaboration across teams.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, including defect triage and validation of interface outputs.
- Aid project managers with tracking tasks, managing issues, and adhering to timelines.
Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst specializing in SAP Interface to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This role is a contract position and requires onsite presence five days a week in our locations including Berkeley Heights, NJ, and Milwaukee, WI. The Interface Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting interface and data conversion workstreams. We value collaborative teamwork and strong problem-solving skills.
