Requirements
Must:
- Strong proficiency in Tableau and Excel is essential.
- Expertise in SQL or PL/SQL and ETL methods using tools like Tableau, MS Power Query, or Alteryx for cleaning, blending, and automating intricate datasets is mandatory.
- Capability to create engaging and informative dashboard views in Tableau alongside data preparation is desired.
- A blend of technical development expertise and applied analytical skills is preferred.
- Familiarity with Real Estate/Facilities software such as Archibus, CoStar, and Corrigo is advantageous but not necessary.
- Experience in presenting findings to senior leadership, with polished verbal and written communication skills, is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing data and designing dashboards in Tableau is required.
- Ideal candidates should have a background in cleaning and blending substantial datasets from diverse sources, with a Bachelors degree in a quantitative field preferred (e.g. Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Finance). A Masters degree is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Assist in expediting the implementation of essential strategic initiatives and support the CRE Strategy Reporting and Retail Portfolio teams.
- Focus on enhancing transparency regarding performance metrics and milestones across different CRE operations.
- Utilize proficiency in data analytics to handle large, unique datasets effectively.
- Employ Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau for various reporting and analytical tasks.
- Develop and maintain dashboards that provide insights and metrics in Tableau.
